拔牙术前准备
1．术者要认真检查核对：①拔那个牙？②为什么拔牙？③现在能不能拔？作到心中有数，并对病员解释清楚，解除病员顾虑。
2．调整椅位，对好光源，使病员位置舒适，手术野暴露清楚，便于手术操作。
3．准备拔牙器械：常用的拔牙器械有牙龈分离器、牙挺、牙钳和刮匙等（见图5－8）。拔牙钳为适应牙齿的形态和部位不同，有各种不同类型，拔牙应根据所拔牙齿选用。
